4. We will contact you to confirm the insurer, explain your options and the product disclosure statement and offer personal advice if you prefer us to guide your choices.

5. We will then guide you through the application process and manage any additional requirements the insurer might have

6. Once your cover is accepted, you will receive a pack from the insurer.
